1. In-Store Pickup (Devon St, New Plymouth):

• All perishable groceries including Ice Cream, Chilled Meats, Tofu, and Kimchi can be safely collected in-store.
• Select your preferred pickup time slot (available from 30 minutes after order placement, in 10-minute intervals).

2. New Zealand Nationwide Courier Delivery:

• Chilled and frozen products are dispatched inside insulated thermal packaging with food-grade ice packs.
• [Ice Cream Courier Restriction]: Ice cream cannot be dispatched via courier due to melting risk and is strictly [Store Pickup Only].

3. Perishable Goods Liability Waiver:

While all cold orders are packed with thermal insulation, unforeseen courier transit delays, high ambient temperatures, or recipient absence may result in temperature changes or partial thawing. Perishable items are purchased at the buyer's risk and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
